You will be doing straight forward repairs on Macs and pc's . Replacing cracked screens, and things of this nature. You will not have to worry about anything difficult - I would simply pass on something that would take a lot of time or too much effort.

Its a few calls per week so definetly a good way to earn extra money without a heavy duty commitment. If you wanted to dial it up a little bit with more calls, I can certainly entertain increasing the buget for advertising.

Duties:

- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking related issues

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, and peripherals

- Perform software installations and updates

- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve technical issues

Experience:

- Proven experience in desktop support or a related field

- Proficiency in computer hardware setup and troubleshooting

- Familiarity with Mac OS and Windows operating systems

- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols

- Experience with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Skills:

- Ability to troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues

- Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware problems

- Proficiency in Mac OS troubleshooting

- Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and network configurations
