Mowbility Sales & Service is a small business in Pella, IA. We are professional, customer-centric and fun.
Mowbility has 2 stores, in Pella and Des Moines, with an incredible, ambitious team! Family owned, 3rd generation business that has such a massive upside, along with an amazing customer base. We sell, service and warranty different types of equipment.. i.e. mowers, tractors, trailers, handheld equipment, grills, UTV's, hot tubs.

Duties :
Greet customers and provide excellent customer serviceWrite up service orders and accurately document customer concerns and vehicle issuesCommunicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of equipmentProvide estimates for repairs and obtain customer approvalSchedule appointments and manage the service scheduleCoordinate with parts department to ensure timely delivery of necessary partsMaintain accurate records of all service transactionsHandle cash transactions and process paymentsProvide updates to customers on the status of their equipment repairsRequirements :
Knowledge of diesel & small engine repair, tire service and oil change procedures would be extremely helpfulExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer concerns and vehicle issuesCash handling experience is preferred but not requiredNote : This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
