Our GEICO LOCAL OFFICE in Chicago is looking for a high-performing Bilingual Sales Manager. You will play a key role in developing our growing local business.
You will be responsible for supporting and maximizing our Team potential, achieving sales targets while delivering an extraordinary guest experience.
The Bilingual Sales Manager will directly supervise the day-to-day functions of our Sales Agents; help us meet our customer acquisition, quality standards and revenue growth targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role managing direct reports in a sales role.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience with proven track record of achieving and or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong analytical skills to identify sales and KPI trends and patterns in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to develop rapport with agents, management and guests; ability to maintain strong working relationships.
- Strong business sense and insurance industry expertise.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Bilingual Spanish
- Insurance Sales experience
- P&C insurance license
