Job Description:
The Casualty Product Management Leader oversees the development and management of casualty insurance products, ensuring they meet customer needs and comply with regulatory standards. This role involves strategic planning, product development, market analysis, and cross-functional leadership to drive product innovation and market growth.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of the casualty product portfolio, including product development, enhancements, and lifecycle management.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and marketing teams to ensure product offerings are competitive, profitable, and aligned with customer needs.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and risk management strategies for casualty products.
• Utilize customer feedback and data analytics to continually refine and improve product offerings.
