**Job Description:**

As a Teppanyaki Chef at Geisha Mix, you will be responsible for providing a unique dining experience by preparing and cooking meals at the guest’s table on a teppanyaki grill. You will entertain and engage guests with your culinary skills and showmanship, ensuring each meal is prepared to perfection and every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and cook a variety of teppanyaki dishes according to established recipes and standards.

- Perform teppanyaki cooking techniques and tricks to entertain and engage guests.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and available for use.

- Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely and accurate service.

- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations.

- Continuously seek to improve culinary skills and stay updated on industry trends.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Teppanyaki Chef or in a similar role.

- Exceptional knife skills and proficiency in teppanyaki cooking techniques.

- Strong showmanship and the ability to entertain guests.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
