ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse in the Surgery Center/Operating Room, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, providing compassionate and high-quality care to a group of patients within a specified timeframe. Your responsibilities include:
- Following established policies and procedures
- Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders
- Delivering excellent customer service to all individuals
- Applying Cooper core values in all aspects of your work
- Evaluating, implementing, and documenting nursing care for patients
- Assisting physicians during procedures and examinations
- Conducting patient tests and administering medications
- Promoting patient independence through education and care goal setting
Education: Graduate of NLN-accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
License/Certifications/Registration: Current NJ-RN License; American Heart Association BLS Certification required; certain specialties may necessitate advanced certifications (e.g., ACLS, NALS, PALS)

- Days: 4 TENs 8a-6:30p with rotation opportunities
