GEM Technologies, Inc. (GEM) is seeking a Project Analyst to join our team. This position is full-time and will support the Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory in Pittsburgh, PA.Overview:

• Assist the SCR Project Manager, Unit Manager, and Advisor Engineers in project management and business support activities.
• Monitoring and maintaining schedules and reports, statusing and reporting schedule performance, sharepoint and folder management, technical research, or assisting engineers in completion of project tasks.
• Support engineering and business activities of the Reactor Servicing organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or Project Management and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Technical writing and reports.
• Experience with Static and Dynamic Finite Element Analysis.

Clearance & Citizenship Requirement:

• To be considered, you must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance, if needed.
• Due to the federal nature of the work, a U.S. Citizenship is required.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 or similar project management software.
• Experience managing engineering projects.
• Experience with database development and management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is part of the Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) which provides broad support for the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program in the design, development, improvement, maintenance, training for operation of naval nuclear propulsion plants, and ultimate disposition of the plants (energy.gov).
