GEMCO Constructors, founded in July of 2014, is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. GEMCO is a national mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building automation systems and service contractor providing comprehensive design and build solutions for its customers throughout the United States. GEMCO is coast to coast holding engineering and construction registrations, licenses, and certifications within 30 states.

Duties:

• Process pre-pay billings for the month
• Enter Service and Maintenance billings
• Distribute financial reports
• Monitor accounts receivables and contact delinquent accounts as needed
• Approve accounts payable items from accounting
• Enter and change information pertaining to billing and pricing in the service database
• Enter all new contract information
• Support Dispatch, Purchasing and Inside sales

Qualifications:

• High School or GED
• Strong Organizing and Time-Management Skill
• Ability to work under hard deadlines
• Understanding of HVAC/Plumbing service business and terminology - a plus
• Flexibility to cross train with Dispatch, Purchasing and Inside Sales
• Strong communication skills
• Strong math skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
