Job Title: Courier
Job Type: Full-time/Casual/ Per Diem
Location: Various (CT, GA, NC, NJ, NY, SC, MD, VA & PR)
Full Time: Work a minimum of 40 hours per week
Casual: Work a minimum of 16 hours per week, with flexibility to cover full-time drivers as needed
Per Diem: Flexibility to cover casual drivers as needed
Responsibilities:
- Deliver groceries promptly and efficiently within a designated 2-hour window.
- Navigate routes effectively to ensure timely delivery within a 30-mile radius.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle groceries with care to prevent damage while ensuring groceries remain sealed and chilled upon pick up.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws while driving.
- Communicate with customers by sending delivery confirmation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle.
Requirements:
- Smart phone required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable vehicle with insurance coverage and up to date inspection.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to varying schedules.
- Physical ability to lift and carry groceries as needed.
- Background check.
