Field Service Technician

We are currently seeking a well-qualified Field Service Technician. This role is part of a dynamic team, and our ideal candidate will be autonomous, driven, hands-on, and possess a results-oriented, proactive, "can-do" entrepreneurial attitude when working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• OEM process equipment experience (10 years)
• Mechanical transmission experience: motors, brakes, belts, chains, gears, pillow blocks, bearings
• Pneumatics experience: valves, solenoids, lift cylinders, air actuators, plastic & metal tubing
• Precision Maintenance
• Ability to read assembly/mechanical drawings
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• Experience in FDA/OSHA compliant plants
• Ability to travel 60-75% of the time
• Ability to wear PPE, bend, lift and carry up to 50lbs, and put hands into small places
• A valid driver’s license, passport, working vehicle, and no travel restrictions
• Can reliably commute to the plant/office location in Middlesex NJ

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE WOULD MAKE YOU EVEN MORE VALUABLE IN THIS POSITION?

• Electrical experience: control panel wiring, PLC, relays, switches, VFD
• Welding experience
• Ability to interface well with customers
• Four-year college
• Forklift and crane operation
• Training in cGMP and proper documentation
• Spanish a plus
• Knowledge of Allen Bradley components and software updating
• Experience in powder blenders and dryers
• Pharmaceutical’s experience
