We are seeking a highly motivated Credit Analyst to join our high energy, friendly team. The Credit Analyst’s main responsibility is to be a contributing member to the Corporate Accounting team with a primary concentration of working accounts receivable reports. Review, release, or hold orders based on provided criteria and guidelines.

• Schedule is 8:15 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Record transactions that effect the financial condition of the company.
• Obtain and determine appropriate documentation from the customer prior to shipment.
• Build strong relationships with external customers and internal Inside Sales team; using all forms of communication to keep everyone up to date.
• Collect account application information and organize for review of payment terms.
• Posting Payments to customer accounts and proactively addressing any issues with various forms of payment.
• Compile monthly analysis reports on the status of account receivables to present to the Officers of the Company.
• Solve complex credit card discrepancies.
• Credit agreement processing.
• Processing requests for customer credits, refunds, copies of invoices and memos.

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of accounts receivables, account management, credit applications or general accounting functions.
• Ability to maintain a high level of detail and organization.
• Able to cultivate relationships with customers and coworkers
• Must possess excellent oral and written skills with the desire to communicate with customers, owners and corporate professionals on a continuing basis.
• Ability to manage time in the appropriate volume based on impact to the job and company
• Ability to gather several avenues of information and draw a conclusion
