All while allowing for personal time every evening, weekend, and holiday? We are seeking a Systems Analyst to join our growing company. The Systems Analyst's main responsibility will be to provide technical support for internal staff. This would include resolving technical issues/requests via phone, email or in-person. Perform PC, printer, network and server equipment maintenance and upgrades.

• Schedule is 9:15 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and support for PC, network, telephony and software systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues using various remote desktop support tools.
• Assist with operational tasks and projects as needed.
• Implement hardware and software solutions as needed.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree required with Computer Science/Technology degree preferred
• Technology Certifications are a plus; such as CompTIA A , Network , MTA, etc.
• 0-2 years of Systems Analyst experience
• Working knowledge of computer, printers, peripheral devices, and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
• Attention to details and the ability to multitask is essential. 
• Able to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift 50 lbs on occasion and travel on occasion
