We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food preparation and Sushi menu planning. ```Duties```
- Plan and execute Sushi menus for daily meals, banquets, and special events with Head Chef.
- Oversee Sushifood preparation and ensure high-quality standards are met
- Manage along with Head Chef, inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other departments, such as the dietary department and catering, to meet customer needs
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

```Skills```
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Extensive experience in the food industry, preferably in a culinary or kitchen management role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Ability to create innovative menus that cater to different dietary preferences and restrictions
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in managing shifts and coordinating kitchen operations
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
