**Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial facilities, performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting equipment issues. This is a challenging role that requires a strong background in industrial maintenance and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** - Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial equipment, including electrical systems, pumps, motors, and other machinery. - Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and repair or replace parts as needed. - Fabricate and install custom equipment or components. - Calibrate and maintain precision instruments, such as gauges and sensors. - Use AutoCAD software to create and modify drawings and designs. - Work with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) to monitor and control industrial processes. - Collaborate with other maintenance technicians to ensure all equipment is running at optimal levels. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations. - Perform maintenance tasks in a variety of environments, including outdoors and in confined spaces. **Experience:** - The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and electrical work. - Prior experience working with industrial equipment, such as pumps, motors, and electrical systems, is essential. - Experience with fabricating and installing custom equipment or components is highly valued. - A familiarity with calibrating and maintaining precision instruments, such as gauges and sensors, is necessary. - Proficiency with AutoCAD software is a plus. - Experience working with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) is a significant advantage. - A military background is also an asset, as the skills and discipline gained in a military setting are valuable in this role. - Applicants should have a strong understanding of electrical systems and industrial maintenance principles. - The ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, as well as adhere to safety protocols and regulations, is crucial. **Skills:** - Industrial electrician - Voltmeter - Fabricate - Industrial maintenance - Electrical - Militarise - Calibrate - AutoCAD - Distributed control systems - Maintain

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.62 - $23.88 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
