 Primary Responsibilities Will Include:

• Maintains a strong knowledge of Gen II services and product offerings
• Identifies key counterparts at the client and cultivates a strong, long term partnership
• Acts as one point of contact across all products and service offerings
• Resolves client issues alongside the client service team
• Collects feedback from clients and ensures all internal client touch points are communicated to effectively
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities
• Identifies risks / threats to the client relationship and effectively escalates to senior management
• Laser focus on preserving all organic growth within Gen II
• Monitors client margins and works with client service teams on maximizing profitability

The salary range for this position is $220,000-$270,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level.

Work Arrangement

All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that all US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of two (2) days a week in our office and three (3) days remotely.
