GenCare Resources is Hiring a Clinical Manager (Pediatric) Near Orlando, FL

OverviewThe Clinical Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality in-home pediatric patient care. This position is essential for maintaining the standards of care, leading the nursing team, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage clinical operations within pediatric care settings
  • Develop and implement care plans for pediatric patients
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff in delivering specialized pediatric care
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to pediatric care standards
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
  • Facilitate training programs for pediatric care best practices
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives within pediatric care
  • Manage pediatric patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Assist in resolving complex pediatric patient care issues
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in pediatric care
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven experience in clinical management
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced pediatric care environment
  • Familiarity with pediatric care regulations and best practices
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills in pediatric care
