Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage clinical operations within pediatric care settings
- Develop and implement care plans for pediatric patients
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff in delivering specialized pediatric care
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to pediatric care standards
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Facilitate training programs for pediatric care best practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within pediatric care
- Manage pediatric patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Assist in resolving complex pediatric patient care issues
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in pediatric care
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in clinical management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced pediatric care environment
- Familiarity with pediatric care regulations and best practices
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills in pediatric care
