Key responsibilities
  • Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any significant changes.
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living.
  • Educate patients and their families about various health conditions and self-care techniques.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.

Required Qualifications
  • Valid Florida RN license
  • Previous experience in home healthcare or a similar setting is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in performing various nursing procedures,
  • Strong knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking in complex situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and families.
  • Empathetic and compassionate approach towards patient care and support.

  • Knowledge of infection control practices and safety protocols.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and healthcare technology.
  • Current CPR certification.

  • Willingness to travel to patients' homes and work flexible hours as per the care requirements.
