This position for The Generator Guys in Gulf Breeze Florida is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all actions to ensure installations, services and maintenance are completed per project timeline.

Ensuring operational efficiencies to field tech teams. Directly managing electricians, installers, and other various field employees.

Having direct field experience is critical to the success in this role and the overall impact to the organization.

What you’ll do :

Coordinate and oversee field service activities including installs, service calls and customer concerns in a timely

manner

• Track inventory and ensure materials are on trucks to complete all jobs
• Manage and schedules service and maintenance calls
• Prep and plan that jobs are successful and run on time and under budget
• Dispatch fieldworkers on installs, repairs and maintenance

What you’ll bring :

• 5 years of experience leading a team
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
• Proven capacity to lead field electricians and technicians
• Strong project management skills including ability to plan and organize labor daily
• Solid understanding of building codes and construction / electrical / gas safety practices
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address potential issues or challenges in a timely an

effective manner

Master or Journeyman Electrician
