***Overview***

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team on Saturdays 9:00-6:00PM (additional 1/2 day is optional) a small general dentist office.

As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others, we would love to have you on our team. Chinese or Spanish is preferred.

***Duties***

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures

- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments

- Take X-rays

- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

- Take and record vital signs of patients

- Conduct patient assessments and provide chairside support during procedures

- Utilize 3D software for 3D printing

***Skills***

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in taking X-rays and operating dental imaging equipment

-Knowledge of computer programs

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality

- Previous experience as a dental assistant

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per year
