Our work depends on Program Analyst Associate joining our project management organization to assist with the financial management, schedule monitoring, and deliverable tracking for a portfolio of task orders under a large IDIQ contract. HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT * Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of assigned program(s)
* Monitors and control costs, tracks consultant and other vendor payments
* Performs analyses, prepares reports and deliverables to meet customer specifications
* Coordinates with the project manager and management team to ensure adherence to program schedule and cost
* Collaborates with a diverse team of administrative, scientific and technical staff
* Leverages corporate financial and procurement systems and software such as Oracle and MarkView to support of financial management and tracking of assigned program(s) WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: * Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience
* Required Experience: 2 years of related experience
* Required Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel and SharePoint
* Security Clearance Level: Ability to obtain favorable public trust
* Required Skills and Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and self-directed to achieve stated objectives; strong organizational and time-management skills
* Preferred Skills: Experience with financial tracking and control; accounting

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
