HOW AN ERP ANALYST SR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Managing and updating automated Federal Government business processes according to Federal regulations in the following areas: capital assets accounting, personal property management, fleet management, capital project management, and facilities management.
Manages and update the following SAP modules: SAP-PS, PM, RE, and AA, to maintain and upgrade client business functions
Working as a team lead for a large SAP program where one plans and leads system upgrade and migration activities
Working to design, and test internal and external system interfaces
Utilizing and enhancing configuration management procedures
Implementing complex SAP system enhancement and integration projects utilizing Agile methodologies.
Leading a team through SAP upgrades, and providing technical and business process expertise for system enhancement projects to other team members and business users
Leading a team through data migration and testing from SAP ECC to S/4HANA
Working closely with developers and other teams to ensure development and integration is complete and thoroughly tested
Resolves data and technical challenges for business users
Analyzes, evaluates, modifies, configures, tests and implements a critical enterprise financial system
Works with business users and executives to design, build, and/or enhance business capabilities
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: ship Required Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or Finance related discipline Required Experience: 10 years of related experience with SAP PS, PM, RE, and AA & EAM Security Clearance Level: Federal Position of Trust Required Technical Skills:
Minimum of 10 years of experience with SAP PS, PM, RE, and AA & EAM
Enterprise asset management subject matter expert with SAP ERP
Strong experience with Solution Manager and CHARM
Strong configuration management process understanding and adherence
Strong understanding of IT development lifecycle process to deploy quality releases
Strong experience developing interfaces using different interface protocols
Strong experience developing with Adobe Interactive Forms
Experience designing and implementing web-based applications
Experience automating manual processes using the SAP Business Intelligence solution to create comprehensive reporting and analytics capabilities
Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 (O365) Suite of tools, including MS Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
Strong information technology skills and/or ability to extract key technology implementation features from business process and software development personnel
Other Required Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of Federal regulations in the areas of: capital assets accounting, personal property management, fleet management, capital project management, and facilities management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to lead and coach other team members
Ability to obtain a Position of Trust for specific Government agency
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with S/4HANA and participation in an S/4HANA data migration
Knowledge of SAP Build for Ui5
Certified Public Accountant
Knowledge of IBM TRIRIGA
Implementation and use of Agile Methodologies
Experience with automated testing (e.g. Tricentis)

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
