Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team at a Level I Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in critical conditions.
Duties:
- Perform triage assessments to determine patient needs promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and symptoms.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in [State].
- Prior experience in an Emergency Room setting preferred.
- Proficiency in airway management and urgent care procedures.
- Ability to assess and respond to critical situations promptly.
- Knowledge of hospice palliative medicine, pediatrics, and memory care.
- Familiarity with CT scans and emergency room protocols.
