• Shift: 8 Hour Days
• Hours Per Week: 36

Job Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in Homecare
• Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license
• BLS certification
• Current driver's license & car insurance

Will be required to provide patient care in the zip codes below:
