General Hotels Corporation is Hiring a Night Audit Supervisor-Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport Near Indianapolis, IN
- Completing and transmitting accounting reports and supporting documents.
- The Night Audit Supervisor will act as hotel system liaison during night hours and perform all GSR functions as required
- Assist in booking room reservations
- Answering hotel phone calls
- Notifying guests of message.
- The Night Audit Supervisor will act as Hotel Manager On duty from the Hours of 11pm to 7am.
- Shift 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
- Weekly Schedules may vary depending on Business Demand
- Previous Hotel Night Audit or Accounting experience in a similar position
- Valid Driver’s License Previous customer service experience
- - Guest service-oriented demeanor
- Experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Outlooks & Excel)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
- A professional, positive attitude
- Excellent phone and computer skills
- Ability to work overnight on a full-time basis
- Ability to read and speak English
- Previous cash handling experience
