We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator/Administrative Assistant with exceptional organizational skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the recruitment process and assisting the owners in the organization of insurances, contracts, and various ongoing projects.
- Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Conduct employee evaluation
- Assist in negotiating job offers and contracts
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Review all current business insurances
- The ability to review, read, understand business contracts and other legal documents
- Managing the permitting and paperwork aspects of city and county projects
- Negotiating/bids with different Contractors/Companies for services
- Requirements
- - Extremely Organized.
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,650.00 - $7,000.00 per month
