Requirements
Job Responsibilities
•Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.
•Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
•Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
•Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
•Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.
Requirements
•Have at least 3 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills.
•Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal).
•HVAC installation experience.
•HVAC troubleshooting experience.
•Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
•Have a valid driver's license.
•Passing a criminal background check required.
•Ability to lift 100 lbs.
•Spanish language skills are a plus.
•Initiative and customer service skill.
