In order to continue offering outstanding service and support within the community, our Marketing and Sales Trainee position will be a necessary and exceptional asset. By presenting pertinent information about our clients based on customer and community interactions, the Marketing and Sales Trainee will be able to expand brand awareness and recognition. By building their own marketing skill sets, the Marketing and Sales Trainee will also have a direct opportunity to generate funding for our client’s and their respective causes.Responsibilities of the Marketing and Sales Trainee:

• Collaborate daily with the Marketing and Sales team as well as upper management regarding community feedback and interactions.
• Attend daily in-person team meetings to cover all client and customer needs
• Establish brand recognition by being the name, face, and personality, behind the mission of our clientele
• Collect donations and any other information needed for our clients
• Uphold high levels of compliance while maintaining both personal and professional image within community
• Participate in continuing education and / or training opportunities, as they arise

Qualifications of the Marketing and Sales Trainee:

• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for the community and helping others
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a customer-focused role preferred, but not required
• Pursuit of Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of completed coursework in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
