Generation Consulting, Inc. is Hiring an Entry Level Representative- Fundraising/Events Near Las Vegas, NV
Generation Consulting is a nonprofit fundraising firm based in Las Vegas and we have recently made plans to expand our fundraising event team. Generation's mission is to help its charity partners make a massive impact on the local community by bringing more awareness to their core mission and increasing their reach through customized events. To keep up with demand, we are starting to hire for an outgoing, career-motivated individual to fill their Events & Fundraising Representative position right away. Events & Fundraising Representative Responsibilities:
Educate community members on their charity partners’ core mission
Attend daily in-office meetings to discuss and plan upcoming fundraising events
Organize and assist with all fundraising activities
Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow team members to increase awareness
Maintain all donation records throughout the course of each event
Assist with training new associates on policies and procedures
Events & Fundraising Representative Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in customer service, community outreach, philanthropy, events or promotions
Strong desire to work with nonprofit organizations
Passion for giving back to the community and volunteering
Ability to public speak and present our mission with confidence and professionalism
Demonstrate the ability to use persuasive communication, leadership, and relationship-building
Retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus!
