Job Description
We need a full-time Shift Lead who can hit the ground running. Shift Leads are the Junior Leaders of the retail store. Shift Leads work closely with Store Leaders and are trained in Store Leaders duties and directives. When necessary, Shift Leads step in and run the store if the Store Leader is having their attention and focus put on leadership projects and objectives. This position will start as a Shift Lead while ultimately training to be the Store Manager permanently.
