As our clients’ demands grow, so does our need for exceptional Entry Level Management team members. Our goal is to go above and beyond expectations. The Entry Level Management team member is entry-level, so it is required to undergo our training process with our outstanding management staff. Entry Level Management Responsibilities:
Successfully negotiate your way through our rigorous and highly selective training with an emphasis on customer service, sales, and face to face interaction in a retail setting
Master the business on the front line ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, sales promo’s, increasing incremental revenue and building a loyal clientele
Become an expert in our clients services and the entire sales process and cycle working with our customers
Manage a team of 10-15 individuals: Coaching, and motivating your team to drive sales that deliver exceptional customer service, developing sales and marketing strategies, hiring and developing new employees, and reviewing ongoing performance assessments
Recommend appropriate corrective action when necessary holding yourself and team accountable for sales production and quality
Full knowledge of appropriate systems and procedures
Recognize and respond to performance flaws with honest and direct communication to improve sales margins and increase customer retention
Entry Level Management Qualifications:
Leadership and management experience
Prior experience in a customer service or sales experience
Enjoy training, developing, mentoring, and motivating others
Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Active listening skills and the ability to be resourceful and versatile to adapt quickly to all types of individuals
High-levels of integrity, strong work ethic, responsible, and positive outlook
