ADMISSIONS DIRECTOR - Generations at Rock Island
Generations at Rock Island has an Immediate Opening for an Admissions Director with skilled nursing/Long Term Care Admissions Experience. to join our team.. This is a Full-Time Salaried role with a Competitive Salary and Opportunity for Advancement. Monday - Friday. Salary range is $40,000 - 55,000 a year, based on experience.

Responsibilities of the Admissions Director:

• Responsible for helping to build census working collaboratively with the Hospital Liaison and facility Administrator
• Screen prospective residents in both the acute and community setting
• Perform on-site clinical and financial assessments to determine appropriateness of admission
• Work with residents, families, hospital liaison, and social workers to facilitate efficient admission
• Conduct Insurance authorizations

Requirements
Admissions Director :

• Previous experience in a Long-Term Care facility required
• Familiar with Medicare, Medicaid and Insurance
• Experience in Marketing and Admissions
• Associate's Degree preferred
• Working knowledge of the patient referral process for Long-Term Care
• Contacts with local medical groups preferred
