Position: Assistant Teachers and Floaters
Skills and qualifications:
- Ability to show patience and understanding with young children
- ECE experience/ Educational background
- Passion for providing quality care and education to young children
- Great time management skills
- Basic understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to work well with other teachers and staff and create a healthy workplace environment
- Willingness to learn and grow as a childcare provider
Job expectations and responsibilities:
- Help enforce classroom rules
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Provide appropriate care and meet needs of children
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents
- Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks and meals
- Assist in children’s progress and report to parents
- Maintain a clean and tidy classroom
- Always provide appropriate supervision for children
- Adhere to health/safety and sanitation procedures
- Be willing to take on other reasonable responsibilities as asked by director
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
