Generations, LLC, is a family oriented social services agency in southern Maine. We provide Rehabilitation and Community Support Services to children as well as Home and Community Support Services to adults. Our mission is to teach skills, expand community inclusion, and improve the quality of life of our clients using a model that is family focused, strength based, and team oriented. We are looking to hire a few positive, committed, forward thinking people to our growing team of Behavioral Health Professionals and Direct Support Professionals. We currently have part time openings in Waterboro, Buxton, Sanford, and Saco. Applicants should be available from 3 pm to 7 pm. Although we are currently hiring for part time positions, we offer opportunities for building full-time schedules to invested employees.
We offer mileage reimbursement, paid time off, a supportive and collaborative work environment, and professional development. Health and dental insurance are available for fulltime employees.
As a team member you would be required to follow an individualized treatment plan; teach life and social skills; and provide coaching on emotional regulation. You would be required to complete progress notes; maintain open communication with treatment team members; complete required trainings; and participate in group; individual, or field supervisions. Previous experience working as a teacher, tutor, coach, BHP, DSP CNA, etc. is helpful but not required. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent; driver’s license; reliable transportation with minimum liability coverage of $100,000/$300,000; and be able to pass our background checks. All applicants should be positive in attitude, compassionate, self-aware, and motivated to help create opportunities for growth and transformation in the lives of the individuals we serve.
