Job Title : Surgical Tech

Location : Gainesville, FL

Project Duration : Full-time Permanent

Multiple Shifts :

Days:

· 630a-7p (3) 12hr shifts

· 630a-5p (4) 10hr shifts

Evenings:

· 1030-11p (3) 12hr shifts

· 1030-9p (4) 10hr shifts

Surgical Tech Roles & Responsibility:

· Perform scrub duties for various surgical procedures 

· Demonstrates knowledge and application of sterile technique, instruments and supplies needed for surgical cases

· Communicates and participates in patient care activities in direct conjunction with the RN 

Surgical Tech Qualifications:

· Would Strongly Prefer candidates that have 2 years of experience. Preference is acute care experience (1 year) would consider someone that does not have acute care experience.

· MUST have CST certification in hand.

· Previous scrubbing experience is preferred

· Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

· Vocational School Graduate
