Title: Project Manager - Civil/Structural

Location: Green River, WY

Key Responsibilities:

* Management and coordination of project development and execution.* Determination of project development and execution strategies such as contracting plan, material management plan and integrated project schedule.* Project team management and development of team members (i.e. maintenance, operations, safety).* Utilization of the capital deployment process for project development and execution. * Manage and forecast project costs.* Ensure projects comply with regulatory requirements, plant engineering standards and equipment standards.* Compliance with Process safety, ergonomics, MSHA, ISO, environmental agencies, applicable codes, and regulatory agencies* Ensure projects comply with all applicable standards.* Management of departmental record keeping and databases.

Activities:

* Management and coordination of project development and execution including development of AFEs and evaluation of project's economics.* Oversee management of change (MOC) process. * Assist in performing root cause analysis's (RCA's). * Determination of project development and execution strategies such as contracting plan, material management plan and integrated project schedule* Utilization of the capital deployment process for project development and execution * Manage and forecast project costs.* Participate in development and administration of capital plan.* Project management, including cost accountability.* Collaboration amongst various departments across the site, including operations, maintenance, and support groups. * Prepares design, drawings & specification documents.* Prepares bid/request documents, addendums & change orders for procurement phase.* Direct interface with discipline engineers* Coordinate and ensure projects comply with regulatory and code requirements.* Project closure and accounting interface* Support project systems.* Support ISO efforts.* Other duties as assigned.

Skill, Capability and Educational Requirements:

* B.S. Degree in Engineering, with five or more years Civil / Structural experience, OR a B.S Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.* 4 years of experience in Project Management, strongly preferred. * Engineer in training certificate or professional engineering license preferred.
