We are looking for highly passionate talents for our new Genesis MedTech US R&D organization to drive the future innovations in minimal invasive surgery. If you are a motivated, creative engineer wanting to be part of a fast-paced technical team with innovative mindset, this will be an exciting place for you. You will act as a bridge between our development team and our customers, helping to troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance. You will also bring back valuable product feedback, playing a vital role in improving our product.
Position Overview
Genesis MedTech’s Digital Surgery product leverages machine learning and computer vision techniques to assist surgeons in all phases of minimal invasive surgery. As Customer Success Engineer, you will work closely with sales, product managers and software engineers to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption in our Digital Surgery offering. You will also have the opportunity to work with world class surgeons to understand their clinical needs and witness how your work can help them better care patients. Your responsibilities include:
