Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Working Supervisor to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in quality control, structural steel manufacturing, and managing a job shop. If you have a strong background in structural steel fabrication and possess the necessary skills, we want to hear from you.

Duties:

- Oversee and manage shop projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed on time
- Conduct quality control inspections to meet project requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints for project specifications
- Lead a team of shop helpers and welders

- Multitask between jobs & overseeing shop staff
- Communicate with ownership daily

Experience:

- Proven experience in manufacturing/fabrication management
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Structural Welding (Mig & Flux)

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
