Purpose
- Help drive marketing efficiency through meticulous data analysis and strategic planning within the Genesis Marketing Department.
- Regularly monitor data across multiple sources to identify trends and confirm accuracy.
- Assist with data collection (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, etc.), cleansing and modeling to help create actionable insights. Troubleshoot data process issues with teams to develop short term and long-term solutions.
- Create visually compelling dashboards and data visualizations using tools (Tableau, PowerPoint, etc.) to communicate marketing performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Exercises discretion to establish a comprehensive knowledge repository for Performance Marketing department by documenting methodologies, data sources, and key findings. Accurately update and maintain data files that are presented to leadership on a weekly basis.
- Cross collaborates with different teams within Marketing to assist with analysis and storytelling.
- Uses advanced knowledge to provide comprehensive support to manager in addressing cross-functional marketing requirements such as meeting scheduling, preparation of cross-functional marketing data, and handling ad hoc requests.
- Signature authority on expense reports.

Related Experience
- Five or more years of relevant marketing experience.
- Two or more years of experience in marketing data analysis.
- Automotive related experience is a plus.
- Agency and/or vendor experience is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Tableau and Google Analytics 4.
- Familiarity with Linear Regression and ANOVA methods preferred.
- Adept attention to detail while working under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative team player while working with other departments and agencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
