Compensation: Very competitive pay opportunity
Schedule: Must be willing to work 40 hours including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with team members and customers to develop enriching relationships that enhance client satisfaction and fuel the sales process
- Build rapport among customers to establish strong network of clientele and prospects
- Provide coaching and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Drive business through a high-level of involvement in day-to-day operations
- Manage the negotiation process with sales team members ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing
- Partner with General Sales Manager to and manage new and used vehicle inventory
- Great attitude, willing to work hard
- Dealertrack experience preferred
- Knowledge of VIN Solutions and vAuto
- Experience appraising vehicles
- Previous Sales Management experience
- Strong desking abilities
- Current valid driver's license and State Sales License
