Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise on complex, large-scale initiatives, analyzing multifaceted challenges to develop innovative solutions while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Create and document business requirements, workflows, and payment mapping specifications to support development and system changes
- Design and validate Real Time Payment (RTP) systems and payment processing flows, ensuring seamless integration with partner applications
- Write and execute test scripts, validate technical specifications, and ensure accuracy across payment systems
- Participate in Agile teams, create user stories, and manage workflows using tools like JIRA and Confluence
- 7 years of professional experience in business support, technology systems, or consulting
- Experience with ACH, Real Time Payments (RTP), and payment mapping
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and delivery
- Proficient in JSON, schemas, and payment messaging standards
- Background in financial services and payment processing systems
- Ability to create user stories, validate technical specifications, and write business requirements.Bottom of Form
