DescriptionSeeking a Data Engineer Consultant

Responsibilities
- Create accountability tools such as scorecards and performance reviews that focus on KPIs that monitor and drive delivery
- Create insightful executive-level and frontline dashboards using data visualization tools
- Locate and extract data from a variety of sources for use in analysis, models, and project development
- Develop and improve automated reports and analyses to support senior divisional leaders and business units
- Understand drivers of the KPIs through various analyses and work closely with the business team to create solutions
- Present findings to business leadership
- Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
- High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- 3 years of experience in analysis, information science, data visualization, or other relevant quantitative field
- Track record of previous experience with creating and developing BI dashboards, excel reports, working with and developing data models
- Power BI and SQL, Microsoft Excel experience are a prerequisite
- Direct experience communicating with stakeholders, delivering projects end-to-end, and working collaboratively to drive improvement in the overall analytical support of client operations worldwide
- Comfortable working in group and individual settings

- Familiarity and/or experience with some or all of the following: SAS, R, Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire or other database interface tools and languages
- Experience working with REST APIs, Postman will be beneficial
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Business/Management, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or other relevant quantitative field
- Previous experience in reporting and analytics roles
- Previous experience in a Program Management or Program Delivery Organization
- Previous experience and understanding of Agile Delivery Frameworks
