Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Security Specialist (Production Support) with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Pennington, NJ and Plano, TX. This is a 12 month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Organize ongoing routines with support partners to provide stability and resiliency feedback and insights to executive leadership
• Bring APSE and App SMEs together to identify monitoring gaps in client applications and document requirements needed to close those gaps
• Facilitate the routines necessary to implement the documented solutions in a timely manner
• Work to identify and address support gaps across US and GBS support teams for the portfolio
• Utilize available data to identify repeat issues and work with application teams to define preventative action/remediation plans
• Identify opportunities to address common issues across the portfolio; work with application teams to define remediation plans
• Identify potential risks as a result of repeat or significant issues - work with partner teams to self-identify and provide input that will feed into potential action plans (SIAI)
• Collaborate with support teams to drive the development of self-service reporting dashboards to track and monitor the stability of the portfolio
• Collaborate with support teams to define a robust services catalog and RACI diagram detailing activities we expect support teams to manage and where the application teams play a role; Clearly defined roles and responsibilities
• Prepare updates (progress, accomplishments, roadblock, decisions, etc.) to be shared with leadership (cadence and forum TBD)

Requirements:

• Technical and Process Analysis
• Tracking deliverables and holding team members accountable for delivery
• High level technical knowledge of systems, reporting and monitoring tools
• Requirements documentation
• Presentation/communication to senior levels of management
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Risk management
• Prior experience with application production support
• Strong organizational skills
