Responsibilities:
- Create the technology roadmap for the product
- Define and prioritize stories in the product backlog and articulate this to both stakeholders and the development team
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with the Product Manager in a scaled Agile model, to ensure there is alignment
- Develop in the role of a Product Owner (Possess a working knowledge of the product, and basic understanding of the business or technology domain)
- Ability to gather and document technical requirements
- Create and prioritize work for a team, learning to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Creates and prioritizes stories in the product backlog
- Refine stories with the team to ensure there are enough "ready” stories to load the next 1-2 sprints
- Review and accept stories and make on-the-spot decisions regarding scope and requirements
- Work in partnership with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through an advanced understanding of the business

- 5 years of applicable experience
- Banking or regulatory industry experience
- Seasoned Portfolio Manager to manage complex Merchant Services suite of projects
- Strong financial management skills
- Seasoned technical analyst/project manager with experience in payments or complex solutions
- Agile experience
- Merchant services experience
- Knowledge of Payments or Financial Services space
- Familiarity with various project management tools
- Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business, that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications
- Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously
