Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed product testing of our coupons experience including downloading the client shopping extension, entering codes into promotional boxes on merchant sites, and logging extension responses
- Log anomalies associated with product testing of the coupons experience and track to close with product and engineering teams
- Participate in stand up ceremonies to understand team priorities and pivot accordingly
- Collaborate with sales team to aggregate merchant logos and upload into in-house content management systems and confirm appropriate display in mobile and web application experiences
- Activate and maintain various merchant experiences across our Shopping channels
- UX, application, or software testing experience
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Stakeholder management experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter and can manage workload independently
- Proficient in Google products (drive, sheets, docs)
- Proficient in SQL
