Responsibilities:
- Candidate will coordinate with tech execs and their delegates across ERFT including as well as interfacing with Application Support and Engineering, enterprise program managers and application teams
- Provide leadership in a matrix organization of skilled architect, engineers, and business partners
- Excel Formulas, Pivoting, Lookups
- Status reporting
- Issue escalation
- Risk mitigation
- Key messaging / Communication - written and verbal
- Deliverable date management
- Forecasting
- Financial tracking (depending on project)
- Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives
- Management consulting background or history of solving unique challenges to managing large programs
- Hand-on experience putting together trending on progress via several systems
- PowerPoint presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with local and remote co-workers in a fast-paced environment
- Background/education in technology (Bachelor's Degree) and the software development lifecycle
