Geneva Family Practice is Hiring a Front Office Receptionist Near Batavia, IL

We are seeking a Full-Time - Professional, Detail Oriented, Team Player to work in our fast paced practice. Receptionist experience is a plus! Excellent customer service and communication skills are required along with the ability to work efficiently and accurately. Must be a master at multi-tasking, with an upbeat and outgoing attitude. This position requires patience and quality interaction skills as our patients are our number one priority! Responsibilities Include- Heavy Phone Management: Answering Calls, Scheduling Appointments and Operator Calls, Greeting and Registering Patients in our Electronic Medical System. Insurance verifications. You must have a professional appearance and demeanor, thrive in a team working environment, excellent attendance with attention to time, and a dynamic ability to interact with all types of people. This position is Full Time -- Monday -- Friday 8:00 am -- 5:00 pm. Compensation: Position Starts at $18/hourly (no benefits provided) Looking for the perfect new team member!
