Geneverse is seeking a talented individual to join our growing team as a Program Development Manager. The Program Development Manager will play a key role in designing and overseeing initiatives associated with Geneverse’s goal of creating a Direct to Consumer channel opening pathways for homeowners to access our Home Energy Solutions product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a proven ability to strategize & implement strategic program initiatives. .

Responsibilities:

• Strategize, implement & manage program initiatives that align with company organizational goals
• Develop program systems, processes & procedures. Including workflows in CRM tools, external API integrations & communication protocols.
• Prepare training materials including documents, presentation slides, and videos outlining efficient program execution
• Develop program assessment tools to track performance of the program
• Assist with the development of standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Attend regular team meetings, share ideas, and participate and provide feedback
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are met
• Coordinate with external vendors to provide necessary program services
• Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve programs continuously
• Ensure that all business activities are executed with the highest level of professionalism
• Structuring 3rd party sales/fulfillment platforms
• Creation and management of consumer value proposition - messagin, collateral,
• Team management & program performance and Reporting.
• Coordinating targeted marketing campaigns for D2C team in partnership with Marketing
• Communicating with EPC relationships for fulfillment, Scoping TPO requirements & market intelligence
• Developing ecommerce approach to market - evaluating simplified solar storage offerings
• Define & refine documentation requirements
• Sales team training

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, project management and/or related field
• Experience in online e-commerce or saas platforms
• Strong familiarity with residential solar and energy storage systems
• Proven ability to drive volume in solar sales & installations
• Must be self-driven, highly motivated & able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in customer service is a plus.
