Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, promoting and selling our Unlimited Car Wash service, and ensuring a positive experience for customers. Additional Pay:

• Commission pay - opportunity to make up to $20-30 an hour when hourly and commission pay are combined

Duties:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right service
• Foster customer relationships and identify individual customer's needs
• Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives weekly
• Resolve customer issues and provide solutions effectively
• Communicate the benefits of our Unlimited Car Wash services to customers
• Educate customers on the services we provide
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Willingness to learn or knowledge of how to utilize our POS computer system
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Self-confidence while engaging in clear and concise communication
• Motivation for sales and customer interacting

Requires extended periods of standing and walking, frequent movement involving bending at the waist, twisting of the upper body, mobility on uneven surfaces, and occasionally involves lifting and carrying items weighing between 1-20 pounds.
