Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess the necessary skills to excel in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

Duties
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications
- Maintain pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level
- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to patients by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Utilize aseptic technique when compounding medications
- Administer inhaled medications under pharmacist supervision
- Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology related to pharmacy practice
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in hospital and critical care settings
- Prepare IV infusion solutions under sterile conditions

Qualifications
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician
- Experience in acute care or hospital pharmacy settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures
- Proficiency in aseptic technique and IV preparation
- Excellent patient service skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to pharmaceuticals
