Home Health LPN Needed in West Bridgewater, MA

13 Weeks - 8hour Days

$1700.00 gross blended weekly pay

Active MA LPN license or compact, BLS, current valid driver's license and reliable transportation

## Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations from normal
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Perform IV insertions and infusions as needed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans

## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Proficiency in laboratory procedures
- Knowledge of dermal fillers administration
- Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs
- Experience in case management and patient advocacy
- Familiarity with working in a Level I Trauma Center environment
- Competency in IV insertion techniques
